POLICIES
I. Definitions
1. Seller – the online shop Ikati Jewellery running under a domain ikatijewellery.pl pertinent to ‘Ikati’ Agnieszka Kopczyńska firm, registered in The Business Record at the number 485234:

2. Buyer – a physical person of age, a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal status who, after the registration process and Seller’s acceptance, gets an access to an individual Buyer account and the option of buying Articles in Ikati Jewellery online shop.
3. Article – a thing which can be an object of the purchase. In Ikati Jewellery online shop, objects of the purchase are objects hand-made by the Seller.
II. General guidelines
1. In Ikati Jewellery online shop Buyer can purchase Articles hand-made entirely by the Seller or assembled of semi-finished products.
2. Articles have following statuses:
o add to cart – an available Article,
o sold – a sold Article.
Additionally, Buyer can inform the Seller that she wishes to order an Article similar to already sold Article. In order to do this, Buyer should use contact panel provided by the Seller and choose “Order similar” as the subject of the message.
3. Prices of Articles in the shop are gross prices.
4. Prices of Articles are given in Polish zlotys (PLN).
5. Conventionally, a purchase’s proof is drawn. VAT invoices are drawn on the Buyer ‘s request.
6. The Buyer purchasing in the online shop agrees to draw a document of a purchase without a signature.
7. Any activities with the object of hindrance or preventing users from using the shop or leading to destabilization of the service’s functioning are unacceptable.
8. The Seller reserves the right to block or remove an individual Buyer’s account in case of not respecting rules of the present Policies.
III. Buyer’s rights and duties
1. The Buyer is obliged to cover expenses related to a need of a new shipment of the Article if this situation results from not keeping rules of the Policies by the Buyer (e.g. because of giving inaccurate or incomplete address).
2. RETURNS
According to the Polish law (Ustawa o ochronie niektórych praw konsumentów oraz o odpowiedzialności za szkodę wyrządzoną przez produkt niebezpieczny z dnia 02.03.2000r. – Dz.U. z 2000 r. Nr 22 poz.271 z kolejnymi zmianami), Buyer can with-draw from a contract with Seller without giving any reasons during 10 days from the moment of receiving bought Article.
o In order to with-draw from the contract, Buyer should contact Ikati Jewellery shop using contact form, choosing Returns option. In the body of the message Buyer should put her name and surname, name of the Article, reference of the Article and bank account to which the money should be returned.
o After receiving the answer from the Ikati Jewellery shop, Buyer is obliged to send returned Article (properly protected against damage) on own cost to the address which can be found in point I. 1 of this Policy. The Article cannot be broken and were any signs of using.
o If the above conditions are fulfilled, Ikati Jewellery shop will send the return to the Buyer in the term of 7 working days. Shipment and product cost return is realized in the form of money transfer to the account pointed by Buyer.
3. COMPLAINTS
o If Buyer notices defects of bought Article, she shold immediately contact Ikati Jewellery shop using contact form, choosing Complaints option. In the body of the message Buyer should put her name and surname, name of the Article, reference of the Article and detailed description of the defect.
o After receiving answer from the Ikati Jewellery shop, Buyer is obliged to send returned Article (properly protected against damage) with detailed description of the fault, on own cost, to the address which can be found in point I. 1 of this Policy.
o Complaints are considered in term of 7 working days from the moment when the shop receives them. Faulty Article will be repaired or replaced. If the repair will not be possible, Ikati Jewellery will return cost of the bought article to the Buyer (together with package costs).
4. DELIVERY FAILURE
o If Buyer does not receive Article on time, Ikati Jewellery Shop, in accordance with the Polish Post Policy, in 14 days from the day of sending the Article (for orders in Poland) may issue an official complaint. The complaint is considered in approximately 21 days (from orders in Poland). During this time, Buyer will receive a document from the Polish Post with a request for a confirmation that the package has not been received. Only when the complaint is considered by the Polish Post, Ikati Jewellery online shop, basing on the results of the consideration, makes a decision about returning to Buyer a total amount she paid, via a bank transfer to the bank account pointed by Buyer.
o Rules of handling complaints in case of international transactions are defined by international laws.
IV. Registration process
1. A registration consists of a proper filling in a registration form by the Buyer and than completing a standard address for ordered Articles shipment and, as a consequence, creating an individual Ikati Jewellery online shop Buyer’s account in this way.
2. In case of changes in personal details the Buyer is obliged to update information in the individual Buyer’s account.
3. A creation of the individual Buyer’s account takes place on condition that the Buyer filled in the registration form properly.
4. The Buyer has a right to make changes in its individual account.
5. The Buyer has a right to demand removal of one’s individual account and any data which have been made accessible for Ikati Jewellery online shop.
6. On the registration process the Buyer agrees that one’s personal details will be collected and processed by Ikati Jewellery online shop in accordance with Polish law (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych – Personal Data Protection Act).
7. Making the individual Buyer’s account available for a third parties is unacceptable.
V. Ordering
1. The moment the Article has been ordered a purchase-sale contract between the Seller and the Buyer is being concluded.
2. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the bought Article within 10 days from the day of making an order.
3. Payment options:

Please, write a number of the order at the place of a transfer title.
4. If the payment is not booked within 10 days from the data of ordering maximal, the purchase will be cancelled automatically.
5. The Seller reserves the right to order’s realization refusal in case of doubts concerning authenticity of Buyer’s personal details provided during the registration process.
VI. Shipping
1. The Seller adds shipping costs (a shipment cost and a cost of protection and package) to a price of the ordered Article.
2. Articles are being sent by a registered priority mail within 3 days from a payment booking.
3. In exceptional cases the Seller reserves the right to a later shipment of the Article but not exceeding 14 working days.
4. Shipping costs are being counted according to a following price list.

5. Time of a shipment is defined in the Policy of The Polish Post. For local registered priority mail shipment it is 2 working days.
VII. Technical requirements
1. Ikati Jewellery online shop runs correctly on most of the popular web browsers:
o Internet Explorer version 7.0 or later,
o Firefox version 3.0 or later,
o Opera version 10.0 or later.
2. In case if browser version is earlier than mentioned above, it is suggested to do the upgrade to more recent version.
3. For the online shop to run correctly it is necessary that the browser has JavaScript support enabled.
